Illinois Camaro Club

Filed Under Chevrolet Chicago | 2 Comments

Following on from the last post at Chevrolet Auto entitled: Chevrolet Fuel Economy, where we put the Chevrolet Automobile Company under the fuel efficiency microscope, we thought it would be a nice gesture to feature the Illinois Camaro Club in this installment.

Well, the Illinios Camero Club came into existence in August 1987 and their first meeting was conceived by founder member Paul Weinert. The club celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2007 and it’s going from strength to strength!

The club meets on several night of the week at various locations so there’s always something going on for members to be involved in. You can get full details directly from their website about meetings and events as well as membership information, news, pictures and a whole lot more. We’ve included a link to their website at the bottom of this post.

There is also an official monthly publication of the Illinois Camaro Club, called The Insider’s Camaro Connection. A subscription to every edition is included with each membership and it is written by the members for the members. Many members submit articles and information of interest to fellow club members and all members are encouraged to contribute if they can.

You can get more information about the Illinois Camaro Club by visiting their website in the link.

Are you looking for a new venue to hold your car rallies?

My name is Bruce Kodatt and I’m president of the Field Business Member’s Association. We are a group of businesses in the Field Shopping Center in Morton, Illinois. We would like to invite you to have your car rallies in our large parking lot — free of charge. It would be a good fit for both organizations. You would get a new venue that is easy to get to with a large area to hold your function and we would get new people to come and see all the new shops we have.

We are located immediately off Interstate 155 (exit 29 from the South and exit 30 from the North). Just one mile South of Interstate 74 (exit 101). We are next to Bob Grimm Chevrolet.

If you have any interest please contact me.

    Thank you for your consideration,

    Bruce Kodatt
